Being under orders to return to Hong Kong at the expiration of my leave on 30th instant,
I have the honour to apply for transfer to the Federated Malay States or Straits Settlements, whenever a vacancy next occurs in the Nursing Department of these Colonies.
I have been a Nursing Sister in H.M. Hospital for 7½ years when I left Hong Kong to be ... in Feb 1912. During my first term of Service I acted as Matron for 2 years. I also served during the operations in the relief of Peking 1900 as Senior Nurse in the Naval Hospital at Weihaiwei.
